Experience

Mike discovered journalism while living in Istanbul. Since then, he's been a writer and editor for dozens of local, national, and international publications, serving on every rung of the publishing ladder from novice freelancer to editor-in-chief. He also regularly mentors young and aspiring writers.

Education

Mike has an M.A. in publishing and writing from Emerson College and a B.A. in English and history from the University of Vermont.
